Fear of fainting/lightheadedness was a huge problem for me before I found this program. I wish I would have had your explanations then - perhaps I would have worried less.

Since I learned how to avoid panic attacks, I never have that feeling anymore. I truly believe that practice makes perfect.

I woke up today with that pain over the left eyebrow as well (plus a little pain in my left cheek). It is annoying, but at least I know what it is. It is very common that it will be on one side and then the other. Sounds like you are doing what you need to do. Patience is the final act. :)

I have had chronic sinus problems my whole life, and I'm sure you just have a sinus infection. They can sometimes take quite awhile to clear up, but you will get better. You'll be fine. I can get twitches at times, and I will realize that it means I'm feeling anxious. I use the tools (especially breathing) and the twitches go away. I just consider them now a way for me to gauge my anxiety level so that I know that I need to take care of myself.

The fact that you received a clean bill of health doesn't suck. The fact that you don't trust yourself is what sucks ! I can only imagine that being an RN means that you know more symptoms and what COULD be wrong than many of us. Learn to trust yourself and take it all one day at a time. Relax .......
