Anyway on a serious note, this discussion is really helping me, thanks guys, I seem to learn so much from everyone and it IS SO NICE NOT TO FEEL ALONE ANYMORE, not to mention I've stopped driving my mom nuts!

I too am a Cranberry fan. Today I left work, and sat in the car letting negative thoughts creap into my head, what if...I have cancer(my big fear number 1) Then i came home and immedately got on here and felt better. Thanks, how long have you been in the program.

What a fabulous thread!!! Thanks for starting it, this is why I ordered the program. I had a blood clot in my leg (I'm 35)and was in the hospital for a week, in Aug. I am still on cumidan and I should be coming off of it next month. But my anxiety (although I always had some, but was able to control...
