i have had anxiety for 4 years now.. and im alwyas dizzy.. sometimes it goes away for periods of tims but when it comes back it can come back out of nowhere and its not like th room itself is spinning.. but i feel like i am spinning in my head and like something is wrong inside my head ...

i keep getting these rahses on my chest or shoulder area or hands and sometimes theyre itchy... sometimes its after i eat food.. maybe its jus conincidnet though cuz others times and most times ill jus be sitting and theyll come out.. wondering if theye from stress?!?! i get them quiet ...

Hey .. i was just wondering if any one has been prescribed this.. and if it works well to take as needed? also ... have any of you .. had any other meds besides ativan .. that you can just take as needed and not necessairly on a daily basis? thankss.. so much
