I am so sorry to hear about Loxley! It is such a terrible thing to let a pet go. I've had to do it before, too and the vet sent me a note afterwards that warmed my heart....knowing it's the right thing to do doesn't make it any easier! I hope you are feeling better soon.

They told me I had IBS, too, only because they couldn't come up with anything else to call it. I think it is definitely my anxiety that causes it. Way to go! I've tried to work out a little more lately, too. It definitely makes a difference in the way I feel, but it's hard to get motivated to do it. I hope that you keep up the good work and see great benefits!
