Is anyone here a reader of Eckhart Tolle? He has helped me a lot.

I suffer from PTSD. I just ordered the program, should I feel hopeful? I have had PTSD for 11 years and nothing has helped. I obviously have some faith, since I ordered the program, but a large part of me is saying, my problem is just to big, it will outmaneuver any help, I will never get better.
