Dear Abbette,
You're not alone in how you feel. It is definitely frustrating trying to overcome this disorder. But tens of thousands of people have done it, through this program or therapy. Can you think of something kind you can do for yourself today?

Yes I can realate. I used to be obsessed about my breathing. Still am at times, but nothing like before. It is just another little obsession that we must get over.

For me, I was obsessed about forgetting to breath and not being able to breath naturally.

I am not on Celexa, but I take Lexapro 10mg. I wouldnt let posts like the one above scare you into not taking medication. I have Lexapro tpo be a good AD for me and it has stopped my anxiety.
