Hi all - I had a doozy of a panic attack last night and wonder how many of you experience a very rapid heart rate. Mine was 130 or 140. Of course the faster it goes the more it freaks me out thus perpetuating the cycle. I try to remind myself it's just the panic but it lasted for a couple of hours. ...
