Stress Center Peer Support

I have not had time t finish session six. We have to travel and dont really have the time or money. I had been doing so good. I didnt get to go to yoga Monday that threw the whole week off. I feel more anxious today than what I have. Plus this is PMS week.

We do not have any pets at the moment I am thinking about adopting a puppy. I think it will help with all the loss and gieving.

I was talking to a friend about anxiety. he said he does these audits and it works alot faster. I let him do a session with me. Now I feel alot more anxiety. I had to listen to session four again.
