Hello, All. As those of you who know me are aware, my main anxieties are around health issues, my own as well as my family. I've had a recent uptick in my health anxiety for no real reason, and then came across this post. Hmmmmmm...I agree with Chadrukus, no coincidence. Thanks for sharing these experiences, it was really uplifting!

Count me in, and cancer is my top worry as well. Every twinge, bump, ache, cough, whatever is cancer. Hey there---take a deep breath! I am also someone who jumps to terminal illness over every little bump, ache, etc. It does sound like a sinus infection, and I think the fact that two separate docs have said so should be reassuring to you.

I completely understand you!!! I have health anxiety, too, and am ALWAYS self diagnosing with the worst diseases you can imagine. You are not alone, and you will not get tetanus, the shot is good for 10 years
