Claritin definately messes me up too.. I have found that a childs dose of dimetapp cold and allergy helps my cold symptoms without making me nervous.

Does anyone else feel depressed the day after taking a xanax at bedtime? I take 1/2 of a .5 occassionally at night but the next day I seem depressed.... I don't take anything else.
