Thank you all for the support, I was able to get thru yesterday, I made it. I didn't smoke and I managed to have a positive attitude. Im listening to the tapes now without anyone elses support. Its working and its ok now. I thought I needed their approval but I DONT AND IM GLAD I DIDNT' GIVE UP

Im starting the program but have this strong desire to start smoking, im having so much anxiety about the tapes since my family wont accept the tapes, I desperatly need their approval but they will NOT give it to me. Why can people closest to you who live with you deny the need for help??????

I started the program last night, this morning all hell broke loose in my house. My husband tells me to keep the tapes and info to myself. my daughter says they are a bunch of jumk and she's not cutting back on caffeine or sugar. im ready to leave my husband for not giving me support
