I just listened to session 3 for the first time. everything was going fine, but then they bring in the lady who had a heart attack because of her stress and anxiety. ok, so i know that stress can lead to heart attacks, but as an anxiety sufferer, this only makes me more stressed and anxious to hear ...

I'm on session 2 of the program and i am definitely noticing a decrease in my anxiety levels. i am able to talk myself out of having panic attacks, which i am ecstatic about. the one thing i am noticing, however, is that i am more on edge now. i seem to have a short fuse, and am blowing up easier th...

I find that the worst symptom of my anxiety is being dizzy. I have the fast heartbeats, the nervous, shaky feeling, but the dizziness is always around, it seems. Does anyone else experience this and does this go away as you progress on the program?

I know i'm just starting out, but even doing the first session has seemed to help. The relaxation tape is amazing! I thought I would be really uncomfortable, but it wasn't that bad. Normally, when I get anxious, I get dizzy. But I didn't get dizzy once during the relaxation tape. I really think it's...

Just got the package yesterday. Watched the beginning video and read the packet. Actually felt a little anxious watching it. Still had a little panic attack last night. I know this will help, though. I just have to give it time. Can't wait to be a happy, healthy, lovable person to be around!
