I am requesting prayers for my recovery from severe anxiety/panic attacks. It has totally turned my life upsidedown in every way possible. I truly believe that God has brought me to this program to receive the help I crave and need. Bless you all, and I will pray for my new friends on this site.

I am new to the program but wanted to share that I definatley notice a difference in my morning anxiety when I drink the night before. I think some of it is the sugars-but for sure moderation is a key!!
