I'm curious on how your dealing with sexual abuse. I was 4 when I was abused and still difficult to deal with it. It spurred many anxiety/panic attacks as I became a teen. Later I was diagnosed with PTSD. I can remember those crappy feelings as a child that left me confused and guilt ridden.

I'm thinking of changing my medication from LexaPro to Celexa. Can anybody tell me the there experiences with Celexa. Does it really help?

Who has gone through coaching in this program? Was it worth the money?

I've been on LexaPro for 2 years. On May of 2007 my panic attacks started to resurface. On October I went through some hard times with panic and depression.
