Perhaps your biggest issue is your choice of teams to root for!! After all there is nothing worse than being a Vikings fan. Spoken like a true Bears fan, right? I'm just kidding you...rooting for the Bears is like beating your head against the wall for the last 24 years ...

I deal with scary thoughts as well. I HATE them. I have pretty much conquered anxiety or at least am not fearful of the anxiety anymore but I am still dealing with scary thoughts and yes I too have had the most horrific thoughts imaginable.

What I do to try and deal with those is to not put any ...

I claim victory over anxiety, eventhough I still struggle with scary thoughts. I would love to encourage others AND to be encouraged by others about you deal with them.

I too have been living victoriously. I still struggle a bit with scary thouhgts, but I try not to let them control me but i control them.

Good Post. I was on the chat site for a couple of years and i found that too often my anxiety would increase because it seemed a lot of folks just wanted to complain instead of searching for answers and victory. I know anxiety is difficult...been there, done that...am there, doing that.
