Stress Center Peer Support

yeah this one is particularily bad because it makes you feel like you are not having control over something you used to never even think about. as i wrote in this thread earlier, you can get over this. well it makes sense why there is a program like the one we are using, right? (to help people)

at first the relaxation was very hard to do, because i was anxious to get it done with while i was listening to it, and expecting a result immediately. then i realized that i wasn't allowing myself to relax, therefore defeating the purpose of it. as i am still in the process of it, the relaxation ha...

it may feel like you are the only one but you are not...you can get over it. i did on this one.(driving in peace).
