Stress Center Peer Support

I am interested in any information concerning fight or flight syndrome or what ever it is called. I think I have this and would like to hear what anyone else know about this condition.

I just finished reading Battle Fields of the Mind. I think It is a must read for every one who has anxiety and depression. Would like to know if Joyce Meyers has any more good books to read.

I have these obssevive thoughts about people, who have said something that made me mad. Wher i even fantasize about a confrontation where i go into almost like a rage. Where i even pace around. Has anyone experience anything like this???
