Has anyone found relief from chronic headaches and the accompanying dizziness that comes along with them?

Often throughout the day I get terrible headaches out of nowhere (as far as I can tell there is no stress trigger) and they are so awful that the dizziness I deal with the majority of the day ...

I debated a lot about posting about this here, but I decided to go ahead with it anyhow to see if anyone had any ideas/suggestions or could share similar stories that I could potentially relate to about what is happening with my panic disorder.

I've been in the throws of anxiety/panic disorder ...

Fear of fainting is my biggest anxiety symptom. I've tried just about every technique to get over this fear and it still persists multiple times a day and is holding me back from doing anything.

Has anyone successfully found a technique that frees them from this fear?

I feel sensitive to lights ...

i get that all the time...does anyone bump into things too?

I'd love to buddy with someone also...

Thanks guys for the positive reinforcement. I just get down because you would think after 2 years of this, I would be improved.

But I have to remember I've done better at times and worse at times, so the worst won't last forever.

I'm having a bad day right now because my husband and I just went to Home Depot, I felt spacey and dizzy before we even got there and inside it just got worse and I left right away.

I have been struggling with my anxiety for about 2.5 years now and in that time have had a lot of health issues that seem to be chronic.

I have asthma and allergies ( I have to take 3 meds daily for this ), PCOS ( 1 med for this), and now I guess I have acid reflux issues that I'll need another med ...

oh my gosh, I have a 2 cm at last check cyst and have been so worried I'll need surgery or it's growing.

i'm going in, in about 4 days to get it checked again.

I hope it's gone or has shrunk!
