Can someone provide any feedback as to what are some true milestones of progress or recovey are? Any moderators out there? I'm closing the bend of session 10 (started back in Jan, lol!), and am struggling with where my head's supposed to be at. I understand that none of this is an overnight fix, but...

I've got a birth defect spondola-listhesis or a spine slippage, about a 40-50% slip. It only showed up in my life when I was a teenager and had become very physically active, football, heavy weight lifting, martial arts etc... I took to a trip to the dr to see what was up, and he basically told me t...

But the program has opened my eyes, and hopefully everyone's learning that in spite of our issues, it's our choice to respond on a regular basis. I hav...

One more thing regarding your post: "...but all week I have done nothing but make myself depressed. Its like I have to much time on my hands or something......Its almost like I am just out to make myself depressed." This last line you hit it on the head, and you're exactly right. Next time, next wee...

Hey Celeron, great post and way to be honest! That will help you understand yourself, and help get to the bottom of things. I can absolutely relate to all of your depressive angles. I've struggled with a spinal birth defect for years, it's kept me in chronic pain from about to my current age of 37, ...

Great post Lenore! Talk about your blow by blow, step by step! I often recommend (mostly to myself!), the BTN work out. Which is simply 'Better Thank Nothing!'. Walk for 10 mins, 10 situps watching tube, a few curls, whatever. But like you said, to start out, just do a little something everyday....b...

Hey Eagle, definitely some tough times....regarding your surgery, I would seriously look into the fact that you may have a lawsuit pending. There's got to be a ton a lawyers who would jump all over that case without any money down, and you deserve some compensation! The family situation is tough...w...

Hey all you depressives, let's try to keep this topic on the happier side of depression! :) I was wondering how your depression has been for those that have gotten out past session three or so and if you've seen any changes? When I initially started, like a lot of things, I was totally gung ho! Got ...

I'm in week one and am totally stressing out about not being able to find enough time to do my relaxtion cd!!!! LOLOLOL!!

As I was journalizing and noting my inner (negative) voice, this was very apparent and very funny to me...but sums me up to a T. Hopefully I'll be able to fix that!
