Does the program teach us to lower our expectations with people? That makes a lot of sense. If we lower our expectations with people we will have less of a chance of being hurt and angered. I really want to lower my expectations with people. Does anyone have any pointers/

This morning my mother passed away. I was with her. I was the only child in the emergency room. Yesterday I spent time with her as I have in the passed weeks. The last thing she said to me was "I'm glad you came, you made me laugh."

I disagree. I think the person should try to make the other person happy who is into the looks.
No use in walking around looking like a slob!!!
