Stress Center Peer Support

I'm on zoloft but was wondering if it would be okay to use the tension tamer tea to help with my anxiety also? The zoloft is more for anti depressent but doesnt help with my anxiety. I was wondering if anyone might know, since my doc is out till Monday.
