Hello to all. After checking in I am going to listen to session one. I also attend AA and NA meetings and find the support helpful. I am experiencing anxiety about just getting started but Here goes.

Just ordered program last week. I have sufferred from depression/anxiety for years and 2008 has really had its challenges i.e. divorce, daughter going away to college, back to work full time etc. and now the holidays.
