Stress Center Peer Support

Thank you for your responses...helps to know I am not alone! I wish I could stop caring about it....cause I do believe it would stop or at least be less intrusive on my life. Any ideas on how to stop the worrying thoughts all the time about it?

I experience red splotches on my neck and chest when I am anxious...pretty frequently. I have been cautious about what I wear and self conscious all my life and feel like a prisoner in my own skin.
