I do that sometimes too. Some days are worse than others but think of it this way, at least you are breathing. Sometimes I would think, well what if my brain forgets to breath...that's not going to happen. You just have to occupy your mind from concentrating on every breath you take. I used to check...

its funny...i purchased this book years ago as part of an acting class i was taking at the time.

i did not find it too useful then, but when dealing with anxiety and panic attacks it is pretty good info.

Hi, Joe!

Tingling in the hands and feet are a symptom of an impending panic attack. I usually get tingling in my arms and legs, and that's how I know that I have to begin talking to myself to circumvent a panic attack.

I've used it also and it works well but the effects didn't last very long for me. When my anxiety was bad I was going thru a bottle a day. Passion Flower extract also works well.

I also own her books and am amazed at the absolute depth of her writings. She understood at a gut level this process with anxiety & panic. Hi Mary Jane. For sure work with your dr on the tapering process for your daughter. That's a given.
