Today we all got our notice. Starting next week, we're all on a rotating lay off. (1 week on, 1 week off). I work at a small place (about 30 people). Thanks to this program, I'm going to treat this as a fresh start. If I end up being laid off permanently, I'll be ok. I could always go back to school...

Welcome, and I am sorry for your loss of your Dad. I am 32, lost my Mom when I was 27 to cancer, and have been convinced ever since that every twinge I get is cancer. I have had so many ER and doc visists, tests, etc, it is ridiculous, but it does not make me feel better. I'd love to hear more about...

He mentioned why be on medication if it's not giving you the full effect. I'm scared to increase the dose. Can anyone who is on over 100...

I am being really good about going places and doing things even though i am very anxious and depressed. However, i don't feel that when i keep doing these things, i feel better. I still get anxious. For example, if i am anxious about going to the mall, but go anyway and do well, i am still afraid to...

I just don't feel well, but i don't know how to describe it. I am struggling throughout the day. I wake up and don't want to face the day, i'm shaky, and the negative thoughts are constant. I can't seem to think positively, and if i try it doesn't work. I am on week 4 and taking Zoloft for 2 weeks. ...

It is 2 weeks that i am on Zoloft. I started taking 25mg and now i am on 50mg. I am STILL not feeling better. I am not even feeling slightly better. In fact, i feel worse at times. I struggle throughout the day. I guess i just have to wait longer. How will i know if this is the right medicine for me?
