To those of you who have finished the course, how long has it taken you to recover? I finished a few months ago and I've conquered a lot of fears but there are still areas I'm working on. What about the rest of you? I know that it takes time and progress varies with each person.

I have taken many different anti-depressants/antianxiety meds. The one that has worked the best for me is Effexor. It doesn't make me feel high or low, I am just better able to cope with life and problems better. I seem to be more objective about things. Although I am far from being ok. I am hoping ...
