How long have you been on the med?
Mine took 6 weeks to work, some take 2-4 weeks. If it's been longer than 6 weeks you may need a higher dose...tell your doctor how you are feeling and see if he/she can up the daily dose.
Also if you are having drinks with caffein, chocolate, sugars ...
