Hey. Well I havent started the program yet, But i do know that the anxiety will always be in us, the program just gives us the tools to diminish it and get through it and gain control of it most importantly.. but we cant expect an absolute MIRACLE. i wish it would never ever come back!

miniol, Just so you know, you're not alone. I too obsess about my hair. Now it's not only gray sticking out outside the color, it's so darn wiry.
