Stress Center Peer Support

I was thinking about returning the program today. But the rep told me to try lessons 2 & 14 for 2 weeks. So I guess I will try it and see what happens.

my dr. put me on anti-anxiety klonopin and anti-depressant remeron, but I still feel the same. I still have scary thoughts! I want to get off these meds but don't know how!

Im 30 yrs old and had a hysterectomy. Is there anyone else out there who is suffering with this illness. (depression, anxiety,panic, scary thoughts)
