Stress Center Peer Support

OK, it makes total sense to me about doing something to distract myself during a panic attack. Mine only happen when I drive - how do I distract myself then?

I am new to the program (1 week) and would like to hear from anyone who has difficulty driving on highways. I'm fine driving on less traveled roads, but when I get in busy traffic, my heart starts pounding, palms get sweaty. I'm confident I will beat this but just want to know if anyone else experie...
