Lately my anxiety has felt just like stephyannette's cat picture looks. The one that really hurts the most is the tighness in my stomach, becouse It makes it nearly impossible to eat, wich in turn zaps my energy and motovation. I was introduced to a tea last time I was fighting the DT's wich I've found were not DT's at all, they were stress related panic attacks. Dandilion tea had an amazingly (for tea anyway) calming effect on me and would recomend it to anybody. You can get it in the health food stores.

Maxygolf, if you can find some good meds that react well with your system (wich might take significant effort), they should calm you down enough to "get through the day" and steady your focus.
