Lately my anxiety has felt just like stephyannette's cat picture looks. The one that really hurts the most is the tighness in my stomach, becouse It makes it nearly impossible to eat, wich in turn zaps my energy and motovation. I dont much care for the "mind screaming" bit eather from over anilizing...

I listened to the relaxation CD a couple times at the beginning of the course but after I had it memorised I couldnt seem to focus on it. I was introduced to a tea last time I was fighting the DT's wich I've found were not DT's at all, they were stress related panic attacks. Dandilion tea had an amazingly (for tea anyway) calming effect on me and would recomend it to anybody. You can get it in the health food stores.

Hey Celeste1- Scouts are a really great thing. When I was in fireschool I sat next to a 16yr old kid who already graduated highscool, had college paid for, and was doing ROTC repelling from cliffs and helicopters. All paid for through "explorers" wich is the next step after scouts. Not that haveing ...

Maxygolf, if you can find some good meds that react well with your system (wich might take significant effort), they should calm you down enough to "get through the day" and steady your focus. Dont go the pot or booze routs like I did, its a bugger to fight those habits when you start really getting...
