Dear LadyC, My problem day is Tuesdays. I keep my 6 year old grandson on Tuesdays after he gets out of Pre-kindergarten. I love him and enjoy playing with him but since this anxiety and panic returned in the last few months, I actually feel that way too. It's kind of like "whew" - seven days til.......

This happened to my husband a couple of times after Taekwondo training. I ended up buying him an antihistamine at the drug store and keep it handy in his Taekwondo bag.

It is probably just an allergic reaction and the anxiety exacerbates the symptoms.

When I began the first session, I was as flat on the bottom of a pit filled with depression as I'd ever imagined existed. It was horrible. As the others here have said, it's all up to you. You really want to change? Then you'll stay with it. If you aren't committed to change, you'll quit.
