Stress Center Peer Support

Meds helped me a little, but the side effects were hell. I am taking Xanax right now, but I am still a mess on it. I think I am going to try and go medication free and see what happens.

When I was on zoloft, I also had nightmares, very very vivid. I would wake up horrified. I don't understand why. Maybe you should ask your doctor about this. I'm glad to know I was not the only one. I guess it's a common side effect.
