Hi, I was reading all these posts and am so thankful to have people be so encouraging about this. I haven't flown in 14 years! I use to fly and didn't have a problem until something bad happened and we lost an engine off the plane. The plane still made the trip fine all the way home, I just happened...

Hi, Thanks for the link here. I am agnostic and can sleep well at night. I felt a disconnect when I would see a message being posted and want to read more, click and get bible thumped. I just wanted to relate to people no matter what their belief and work on this anxiety problem I have. Not be told ...

Hi,

I've read all of 'The Power of Now' and it's a great motivational/inspirational book. I'm now reading 'A New Earth' and finding peace with it. I would strongly recommend these books to anyone. :)

Hey, I also was neglected and abused throughout my childhood. I have PTSD and realize that although it will never go away, it's a management thing. I'm looking at the anxiety component the same way... it's managing it so you can function and enjoy life. It does feel like a huge challenge to me and I...

Hi, I've been in CBT for 15 years now and started Session 1 today. I felt disappointed listening to 'how great the program is' because that was all on the jump start video and I already am well aware of the short information that Session 1 provides. I don't feel like I can stand to listen to this au...
