Hi,

I use Clonazepam 0.25mg melts as needed, but after I started on Metoprolol (beta-blocker), I hardly ever need it.

It may not be long enough on the meds to relieve the PMDD. I have heard it can take up to 3 cycles to notice a difference. It helped me instantly, but I dont think that is the norm, I still have some pms, but it is soo mild and only a few days, nothing like before. Give it time and see.

I haven't done the coaching myself, but I would say that many posts I have read about coaching have been very positive. You could read some older posts on the subject while you are waiting for replies...I think it could help you.

I have the exact same problem. I wake up with a knot in my chest, gloomy AND panicky. Not fun. I go to bed feeling ok (I'm so much better at night), then wake up feeling so low.
