I was watching tv and this woman on there said she had a heart attack at 23 from worrying about her mom. Now i'm scared to death that i might have one because i worry all the time. I try not to worry but i cant stop.

Thanks for all the replys. Thats what my therapist thinks that it is. Can a ekg tell if any thing is going on with your heart?

Thanks for replying. I dont think that it is panic attacks because it does it when i'm calm.

I just read on this site under anxiety information that if u have panic attacks then theres a chance u will get heart trouble. Why would they put that on here.
