Stress Center Peer Support

I have not been in the site a for a couple of weeks and tonight, I am shot to hear these posts about David. I am sorry for your lost Lucenda, my thoughts and prayed go out to you and your family. Did anyone know what happened to David, is this an expected illness or an accidental death?

Does anyone out there that used to take antidepressing medication and after finish the Stress program. Would she/he be able to stay off the medicine for a longtime or forever?

I just join the program and have not even started the first lesson yet. I had been on Zoloft for 5 years and got off last Decmenber. However, 2 months later, I had a car accident and a week later, I felt weird and anxious again. I have been hold off not to go back to the medicine like my Doctor told...
