I'm on session 3 and I love it! I just am curious about a couple of minor issues:

Are we supposed to listen only to the particular relaxation CD that came with the program or can we use any relaxation CD's? I'm just finding it hard to concentrate on the same one day after day after day. I need to ...

I haven't listened to it, yet, but on CD 2 I can't stop thinking about what the doctor said regarding stress and anxiety causing all sorts of health problems, including cancer.
