I am trying to explore the herbal side of life since I have weaned off meds for a few months and my anxiety/insomnia is back. I have tried Seredyn and Mellodyn for sleep. I know there is Valerian in the daytime and nighttime formula. Is this safe? Someone on here once said it is like valium. Gosh......

Manley, can you do the breathing exercises? Sit in a comfortable chair or lie down and listen to the relaxation CD. Try to practice the breathing. I know how you feel. You will be okay tho'. Hi Don, Motivation comes from doing. The elevator in life is broken, but the stair way is always open, meaning you have to put the work in to reap the rewards, I know its hard but you just have to do it
