Stress Center Peer Support

Has anyone ever had the program coaching. I have stated before that I am having a hard time finishing the program and was wondering if anyone had done the coaching before. It is a lot of money. I was just wanting some other opinions before I committed to it.

I have realized that I am afraid to finish the program because I am afraid that when I do that I still won't be any better. For the past month or so my anxiety and panic attacks have been alot more frequent. I have stayed in panic mode now for two days. I tried to start back on some of the materials...

I bought the program about two years ago and have yet to finish it. I will make it through about the fifth tape and then I start feeling better and quit working on the sessions. Needless to say about once every three or four months the symptoms come back and I begin the vicious cycle all over again....
