Anyone have more spaciness and strange unreal feelings around their loved ones and families than other people. I get like this at times and feel very guilty because of it. After all the home should be a place of refuge and peace with the ones we love not a place for more anxiety. Can anyone relate?

Lately, I have been dealing with my difficult childhood and have blamed it on my problems with anxiety/depression. I am curious how many people out there feel that a bad childhood is the cause or not?? How many people come from a loving, stable childhood and have anxiety/depression problems?

I bought the program back in 2005 and was wondering if it has changed at all since?? I am wanting to start back up. Has there been any updates in the last couple years? Thanks.
