Stress Center Peer Support

OK, so I had panic attacks years ago, went thorugh the program and all was well. Lately, stress is not my friend and anxiety is coming back, along with its friend chest pain. Does anyone else get this shooting sparatic chest pains out of no where? I seriously thought I was going to die this morning....
