Can anyone give me any tips on what is the best time (am/pm) to take the supplements that come with the program? I have not taken them because I am a bit scared to take them at the wrong time. Please help!

I've gone through this issue twice already. The first time though, it was not a cyst it was a 9 lb ovarian tumor! From my experience, cysts don't grow very quickly. Have faith in your doctor, they will do what they need to do and you will be okay. I will keep you in my prayers.
