I wouldn't worry about it. I think all of us have posted a topic that didn't get many responses. I'm sure you're not being blackballed...

Perhaps the previous poster is correct, and the thread you start has already been addressed, therefore people are less likely to respond?

Hi all. Lately, I keep feeling as if my heart is dropping. I think that's the best way to describe it. It's the same feeling as what happens when you're on a roller coaster, or if you're startled in the car by a near miss, etc. This is a new symptom, just popped up recently. It happens out of the no...

I'm just wondering if there is anybody else who battled infertility and panic disorder at the same time? I have been trying to conceive my first baby. I have been pregnant 4x, but lost each baby. The last one was in January, a little girl. Her heart stopped beating. I am now being told that in-vitro...

I recently went to a new psychiatrist, as my old one retired. In the past, I was on Zoloft & klonopin. I had stopped both when I became pregnant, but when I lost the baby, I had to go back on the klonopin due to my extreme panic disorder. I didn't go back on the Zoloft. After seeing a new psych doct...

I was just wondering if I am the only one who is not seeing improvement. A lot of what Lucinda says, I have heard many time before from therapists. And these tips do not work for me at all. I have come up with a few of my own to help calm me down, or lessen the de-realization thing that I hate so mu...

I'm wondering if anybody else who takes this medication is experiencing short-term memory loss. Ever since my dose was increased, I've noticed that I am having this problem. I also seem to not grasp what people are saying to me right away. I am currently on 1.5mg a day.

Thanks

I agree with the original poster about the constant mentioning of the program. I find it completely distracting. It's literally stopping me from wanting to listen to the CD's

Because I've had so many bad things actually happen to me, "what if" has become my life motto. The problem is, with this program, I noticed that it focuses on saying "so what" instead of "what if". This doesn't help me too much, because if I had thought "so what" in the past, I would be dead. My fat...
