Re: Problem with session three!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know this is an old thread but it caught my eye for some reason. I work in the IT (Computer) department for a Hospital system so you can only imagine how busy my day can be. This may sound crazy but I carry a little spiral notebook into the mens room and right down my thoughts. It's basically the ...

Re: morning shakes a terrible start to the day

I have kids too so I understand the morning thing. My wife generally does most of the morning duties (big suprise) but I can totally understand how you feel when you get back home. Can you go for a long walk? Really walk hard and build up a sweat? That always helps me if I have time to do it. How lo...

Re: morning shakes a terrible start to the day

When my anxiety is bothering me, like it is now, I have bad mornings too. When I initially wake up I feel ok for about a minute but then I start self examining how I feel and it starts from there. Is this what happens to you? I haven't found a good way to make it stop other then to get up and not la...

Re: Any interaction between supplements and medicine

The one thing you want to be careful of is taking 5-htp or something like that will boost Serotonin levels. If you add that to an SSRI there's a condition called Serotonin Syndrome, if you look into it you will see to much Serotonin can cause problems so you need to be careful. You can also talk to ...

Re: Today is tough.

Thank you all for the kind words and support! I do have the proram but I never seem to get past lesson 3, I start to feel better and stop. I'm so busy in life I guess I get lazy when doing things for my mental health. I just started seeing a therapist and I've been on paxil for a while but I seem to...

I journal on my computer and password protect the file but if I do right it down I flush it down the toilet as soon as I'm done.

Today is tough.

Today I feel like I'm going to end up in a mental ward and I'm going to have to live like this the rest of my life. It's a beautiful day here and I can't even enjoy it because I'm feeling so tired of trying to live with this disorder. My daughter started 8th grade today and I gave her a hug and a ki...

How dumb am I....

Last night I got home from work and was going to go to the gym but I was really dragging. I decided to try my son's Pre-workout drink mixand was that a big mistake. When I got home from the gym I was sitting on the couch watching tv and started to feel like my head was going to blow off. My heart st...

Re: supplements

I think they all carry them because it's listed on their website. If I get the last box I have to ask them to order the next box sometimes.

Re: New to the program need advice

My personal opinion is to keep working but you'll need to make that decision on your own. Maybe dial back a bit and do your best to concentrate on one thing at a time. For me work is hectic but it is a welcome distraction, when I'm home I have too much time to think and that gets me into trouble. Tr...
