I haven't talked to you much, considering I'm pretty new here, but I always read your posts because I think you are incredibly caring and inspirational! Glad you're back!

Ok, so as you all know I was going pretty much cold turkey off Cymbalta and I was going through HELL and really sick.
I went to my doctor, and he asked if I wanted to continue with no medication and see how it goes, I agreed.
I'm starting to feel alot better.
It's been alittle over 2 weeks and ...

So, I was on my antidepressant for 3 years and recently weaned for a week and then by the direction of my doctor, quit cold turkey 2 nights ago.
I feel horrible, and I was wondering if anyone knows of ways to ease my withdrawl symptoms?! Has anyone gone through antidepressant withdrawls aswell?

Yesterday, in my car, while feeling totally out of it, sick, and just completely bogged down, in a parking lot.. I prayed out loud to God for the first time in a very long time.

Usually I jut pray in my head and hope that he's really listening, but something told me to just put it out there OUT ...

I'm also currently weaning myself off of my medication.. 60mg Cymbalta.. I'm down to 30mg the past week and tonight I quit cold turkey, I'm having quite a few side effects and withdrawl but I'm trying to keep my faith and stay optimistic God bless yall

oh wow! lol, it's crazy how i nodded knowingly at just about every single one of those! ESPECIALLY the prepping myself 3 days ahead of time, and the cutting pills in half or just not taking them at all cause of fear of taking to much.
