With one thing or another I find it hard to listen to the CD every day, Sometimes your in bed when you remember and can't be bothered getting back out, and it says in some sections listen to it 3 times a day, I mean this is not going to be possible, so just how important is the CD?

No one knows about my condition and I want to keep it that way, but if I run around with a spiral note book making notes every 5 min people will think i'm mad, especially at work, I'm a carpenter and have absolutley no need to be keeping a spiral note book, And even worse, Imagine if one of the guys...
