How do I know I am about to have a panic attack and start my breathing etc. if it happens so fast? By the time I realize I am having a panic attack I am already at ...

One of the many issues that cause me anxiety is my weight. I have struggled all my life with my weight...I remember as a child my mother taking me to the chubby section at Sears. Anyway, I cut out sugars and caffeine like the program suggested. I also started exercising. I do my treadmill one night ...

Hi - Just wondering if you have had a checkup lately...may be a good idea just to rule out that it is only anxiety. I have MVP (mitral valve prolapse) and have blacked out because of it.

It is very difficult for me at work to take out a notebook and start writing in it. Does anyone else have this problem? I work out in the open and with the public. If I stop what I am doing and suddenly starting writing, my employers would probably want to know what I am up to. I realize this is a v...

I work near railroad tracks and until recently didn't pay attention to the never ending trains going by. Then one day a train's air hose or something broke and the tracks were blocked for 2 hours which caused horrendous(spelling) traffic and I had a panic attack that was off the scale. Now I have an...
