Having a hopeless day and feeling very depressed over having anxiety and depression problems.
this forum is my only outlet. I do not know exactly why I am feeling this way. I feel lousy about myself and wondder how I got to this place in my life to feel so lousy.I feel discouraged right now.

Had to take a break due to health issues, but I am back on sess 3 feeling overwhelmed and finding it hard to believe I can feel better.
Tired of living with this, and I hope I get any suggestions or support.

Starting over again , had surgery and it postponed being able to work the program. Found excuses for a long time. Need help. Feel so all alone with this problem. no one knows how I struggle. Grew up and expression of feelings was not a norm. Need some words of encouragement. thank you

Great advice from Boon. It works. I have used the same advice and it works wonders. Focus on all that was said by Boon, and you will see it start to work. Just do it. Practice practice helps it become a regular response.
