Hey there, I lost my card that I think is either #1 or #2, its purpose is to carry around with you and refer to when you are feeling anxious. It has things like "float, don't panic", "this too shall pass" written on it. I'm wondering if one of you wouldn't mind typing out the contents of that card.....

Sally Fields admitted years ago that she suffered from BiPolar. She seams to be one of the few in the entertainment field that has done well and accomplished a lot even with the bipolar condition.

Try to do the breathing techniques outlined in the program. Put one hand on your abdomen (right above your belly button) and one on your chest. The breathe in for 2sec. softly, easily, don't stress the breathing. Make sure your tummy goes out a bit. Then breathe out for 4 sec. your stomach should go...
